Eye-Load Resources

If you’d like to do some further reading on the principles encompassed by Eye-Load and our style of bodyshop management, there are two books in particular we would recommend.

The first is “The Goal”, by Eliyahu M. Goldratt, this book is the origin of the “Theory of Constraints” to which we refer in this website, and with our management styles.

You can purchase a copy of this book from Amazon in physical or digital formats.

The second is “The Toyota Way”, by Jeffrey K. Liker, this book is a comprehensive guide to Toyota’s manufacturing practices, “the company that invented lean production”. This book has a focus on minimising waste in a production environment, and shows examples of companies that have effectively adopted Toyota’s methodologies.
